Not only do I shout "I love BIG families!" at the TV weekly, but this raw emotion and real script reset my heart and mind every time I watch. This show will cure what ails you. Try to sit through an episode without tearing up. Seriously. The best show on TV. If you aren't on the bandwagon yet, jump aboard.
