I totally caved and signed myself up for a "Health Competition" at work.
I have nine weeks to lose 9 pounds. Game on.
Along with this activity, each day our entire staff is emailed a daily challenge to complete. If you complete the challenge and reply to the email, your name goes into a pool to win a gift card to a nice grocery store in town each week. Of course, I am all over this.
Day 1:
Picture yourself 9 weeks from today and write down 3 words to describe the future you.
